NASCAR ClassThis class is for the following chassis:
Autoworld Super III, Tomy SG+, Life-Like T and M chassis, Rokar X, Tomy Turbo/Irwin Turbo+, Tyco/Mattel chassis. Bodies must be of a shape & colour scheme matching a real Nascar that has raced (not just practiced).
Tomy SG+:
Must be run with unmodified 'red' Tomy armature. Brush housing electrical tabs may be reshaped but no material removed or added. Brush housing, motor brace, bearing & motor magnets must not be altered.
Traction magnet clip must be fitted and be totally unaltered.
Pickup springs, shoes and busses must be original Tomy only, they may be reshaped but no material may be added or removed.

Modified A & Modified BAny motor type allowed.
No motor bearings allowed. Electrical tabs may be reshaped but no material removed or added. Armature must be not be 'worked up' in any way (examples: commutator tied-off, windings epoxied, commutator diamond-trued, arm balanced)
One guide device per car.
For modified A - maximum 2 traction magnets and two motor magnets per car. Modified B - No traction magnets and two motor magnets per car. the Life-Like M chassis or designs based upon it or using it's magnets will only be allowed to run in Modified A.
Gears must be plastic.
Axles must be metal.
For Modified A, tyres must be slip on, single compound and black in colour. They may be re-profiled. For Modified B, tyres must be black in colour, but any type. They may be re-profiled.
O-rings may be used as front tyres, however aftermarket independent front ends will not be permitted.
Bodies must be closed-wheel & constructed entirely of cast resin or plastics.
Wizzard ClassAllowed chassis: Scorpion, P1, P2, P2E, P3 (part #AMS03), P3E (part #AMS03E), P3E Scorpion (Part #A3PS12), Storm (part #WSC01) and Thunderstorm (part #WTS01).
All parts must be stock Wizzard items. No part of the car may be cut, sanded, drilled or otherwise interfered with. All wear must be by natural means only, no components may be glued in place.
2 piece 'Pro' guide pins are permitted.
Silver electrical parts are not permitted.
Independent front ends are not permitted.
Chassis With Ball bearing rears (part #A2P12A) and chassis with rear axle pin holes are not permitted. Phase III, Level 25 and neo magnets are not permitted. Storms must run with stock ceramic traction magnets.
Gears must be stock (off-white) plastic Wizzard Items, but any ratio will be permitted.
Armatures must be stock (part # A3P01) without balancing marks or having been 'worked up' in any way (examples: commutator tied-off, windings epoxied and/or removed, commutator diamond-trued)
Front tyres must be standard Wizzard items, black in colour and at least 0.345'' in diameter.
Rear tyres must be at least 0.45'' in diameter, and be stock Wizzard rubber items, they may be re-profiled. Dual-compound tyres are not permitted except on the Thunderstorm chassis (where the 0.45'' rule will still apply).
Bodies can be of any material but must be approved as being an acceptable shape and colour scheme, windows areas must be clearly defined and either left clear or painted but in a colour which differs from the body. Bodies should display at least two race numbers, and we would prefer them to have sponsor logos too. Drivers should submit images of bodies they wish to use to bodies@eahorc.com for approval. A 'real' colour will be much more likely to be approved than a fictitious one. Those choosing to seek approval 'on the day' may not be permitted to enter the class. In all cases the EAHORC officer's decision is final.
Bodies can only be attached by pins (you must use four per car), or staples (2 per car). Reinforcing tape may be used inside the body but must not be visible from the outside when the car is placed on the track. Clear sellotape may be used on the outside of the body but only to hold the pins/staples in place.
Open Wheel
For Tyco F1 chassis with an open wheel body, and cars prepared as per DHORC open wheel rules.
